Please Note

Bodywork is recommended only after the Initial Session.

To support gentle integration after each session - Please do not have big plans to attend to.  A gentle walk, nourishing food and a bath is recommended. 

Please leave 2 to 3 weeks between sessions.

If cancelling within 24 hours a cancellation fee of 100% will apply without exceptional circumstances
